Refund policy

For up to 30 days after shipment, return any Procera Health product and we’ll refund the purchase price of those items. Before returning the product, please call customer service at 1-800-231-4101 Monday through Friday 9am to 5:30pm ET or email info@procerahealth.com for a Return Authorization Code (RMA).  Include the RMA code on your returned order. .
